GO Zebra Trade-In Program – 2024 (the “Program”) 
Official Rules and Application Process

SECTION 1 – PROGRAM OVERVIEW

1. This offer is being made from Zebra Technologies (Zebra) to end users in the form of a rebate for purchases made between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 ( “Program Period”)
2. The Program applies to new purchases of qualifying mobile computers, printers and batteries listed at https://zebratradeinprogram.com/gozebra/QualifyingProducts.aspx . ( “Qualified Products”). . End users must purchase qualifying mobile computers, printers and batteries from an Authorized PartnerConnect™ Channel Partner (“Reseller”).
3. The Program website at https://zebratradeinprogram.com/gozebra/ sets forth the rebate amount associated with the purchase of each qualifying Zebra device.
4. For mobile computer trade-ins, any manufactures' brand or model of mobile handheld device with a display equal to or greater than 2” is eligible for traded-in, including Zebra, Motorola, Psion, Symbol and Telxon. For printer trade-ins, any thermal bar code printer from Zebra or from any other manufacturer, is eligible for trade-in (all referred to as “Qualifying Trade-In Products”). All Qualifying Trade-In Printers must power up and include a printhead.
5. The end user cannot combine this offer with any other offer, promotion, or special pricing (“Special Pricing”) provided by Zebra to the Reseller as part of Qualified Products transactions, unless otherwise stated by Zebra in the applicable promotion or program. It is the responsibility of end users to verify with their Resellers no such Special Pricing existed before purchasing any Qualifying Products.
6. Standard delivery and payment terms between end user and its Reseller apply.
7. Rebate claims must be completed online and submitted 90 days from date of the Reseller's invoice.
8. Rebates will be issued for each Qualifying Trade-In Product, one-for-one, based on the number of Qualified Products purchased.
9. A single end user may choose to utilize the Program more than one time. There is no maximum to the number of units that can be purchased or traded-in. The number of trade-in unit(s) can be less than, meet, or exceed the number of units purchased, however in order to participate in the Program, at least one Qualified Traded-In Product and a minimum purchase of one Qualified Products device are required.
10. A rebate will be issued for each trade-in unit, one-for-one, based on the number of units purchased during the Program Period as evidenced in the Reseller's invoice.
11. Completed transaction requirements include: claim registration, receipt of valid proof of purchase from a Reseller, and receipt of trade-in unit(s).
12. After 90 days from the earlier of, date of your Reseller invoice or claim registration, the reserved rebates will be forfeited if the rebate transaction is not fully completed as instructed in Section 2 “How to Apply for the Trade-In Rebate”. Zebra will provide a rebate check to the end user company name at the address on the registration form within 4-6 weeks of receiving completed transactions as specified in Section 2.
13. All transactions are subject to validation. Zebra reserves the right to audit and disqualify at its sole and absolute discretion any transactions it deems invalid.
14. Zebra is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or illegible orders or reports, and shall not be responsible for any shipping or invoice delays.
15. Zebra has the sole and absolute discretion to modify and interpret the rules, to determine awards under this Program and to alter, amend or cancel this Program in whole or in part at any time without notice. All decisions made by Zebra are final.
16. Zebra reserves the right to change, cancel, modify or end the Program at any time.
17. To qualify for the offer, customers must be located in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and territories) or Canada.

SECTION 2 – HOW TO APPLY

• After you purchase a Qualified Product, register for your rebate by submitting a claim at http://zebratradeinprogram.com/gozebra. You must submit with your claim a copy of the invoice from the Reseller to you for Qualifying Trade-In Products. The invoice must be dated between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 and show the name of the Reseller, your company's name, purchase date, invoice number, part numbers and total claimed purchase quantity of Qualifying Trade-In Products. Invoices may be submitted with the claim, via fax 847-890-6408, e-mail:info@zebragomobile.com, or US mail: 1645 Hick Road Suite J, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008.
• After your claim and corresponding invoice is submitted and approved, you will receive a Trade-In Merchandise Authorization ("TMA") via e-mail. The TMA will contain a unique claim number (the "TMA Number"), which may be used to obtain rebate status. If Zebra has questions related to your claim, you will be contacted by the Zebra Trade-In Program Administrator. If you have questions regarding the status of your rebate claim, please e-mail the Program Administrator at zebra@zebratradeinprogram.com.
• Upon receipt of the TMA, you must ship the Qualifying Trade-In Products to the address provided on the TMA. You must register for the rebate and receive the TMA in advance of shipping any qualifying devices for rebate. Qualifying Trade-In Products must be in working order and must be appropriately packaged for shipment. A copy of the TMA must be included with the Qualifying Trade-In Products submitted for rebate.

SECTION 3 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL ZEBRA OR ITS AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, COST OF REPLACEMENT OR COVER, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, CONTRACTS OR OPPORTUNITIES OR OTHER ECONOMIC DAMAGE (REGARDLESS OF HOW THESE ARE CLASSIFIED AS DAMAGES AND WHETHER DUE TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, TORT ( INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY) ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM ZEBRA'S OFFERING, CONDUCTING AND/OR TERMINATING THE PROGRAM OR RELATED TO ANY RESELLERS AND END USERS ( “CUSTOMER”) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, WHETHER OR NOT THE PARTY SUFFERING THE LOSS OR DAMAGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE OCCURING AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ZEBRA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PROGRAM EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE REBATES DUE UNDER THE PROGRAM OFFICAL RULES. ZEBRA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS IN ANY PROGRAM-RELATED MATERIALS, FOR STOLEN, LOST, LATE, MISDIRECTED OR DAMAGED MATERIALS OR QUALIFYING TRADE-IN PRODUCTS OR OTHER TRADE-IN DEVICES, FOR INCOMPLETE OR ILLEGIBLE REGISTRATION, OR FOR POSTAGE OVERDUE MAIL.

SECTION 4 – DISPUTES

This Program is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. End user agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program, shall be resolved individually and customer hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for Lake or Cook County, Illinois, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to the Program. These Official Rules and registration process for the Program set forth the complete and entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersede and replace all prior understandings, whether oral or in writing.
