GO Zebra Trade-In Program – 2019 (the “Program”)
Official Rules and Application Process

Program Overview

Customers who purchase Qualifying Printers (see below) between January 5, 2019 and December 31, 2019, will be eligible for a rebate upon Zebra's receipt of a qualified and complete trade-in application and Qualifying Trade-In Printers (see below). For the purpose of this Program, "customer" shall mean the individual or entity that purchased Qualifying Printers for its own use and not for resale.

The total rebate amount will be based on a 1:1 ratio of number of Qualifying Printers purchased and the number of Qualifying Trade-In Printers traded in (i.e., the rebate is payable on the number of Qualifying Trade-In Printers submitted for trade-in, when an equal number of Qualifying Printers are purchased). In the event that more Qualifying Printers are purchased than the number of Qualifying Trade-In Printers submitted for trade-in, the rebate will be applied to those Qualifying Printers offering the highest available rebate first. For example: Purchased 5 - 170Xi printers ($500 rebate) and 3 - ZM400 printers ($100) - traded in only 6 printers - rebate would be $500 X 5 + $100 X 1 = $2,600. All rebates are based on purchase printer models.

All Qualifying Printers-under this Program must be purchased from an eligible Zebra North American PartnersFirst® Reseller. An invoice issued by the PartnersFirst Reseller to the customer requesting the trade-in will be required as part of the trade-in process outline below.

To qualify for the offer, customers must be located in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and territories) or Canada. The program is limited to fifty (50) qualifying trade-in printers per customer.

Qualifying Printers for Purchase

The Program applies to new purchases of qualifying tabletop printers , qualifying mobile printers and qualifying print engines (collectively “Qualifying Printers”). The Trade-in Program website at www.zebra.com/gozebra sets forth the rebate amount associated with the purchase of each Qualifying Printer with trade-in of a Qualifying Trade-In Printer.

Qualifying Printers for Trade-In

Any thermal bar code printer, from Zebra or a competitor, is eligible for trade-in (“Qualifying Trade-In Printers”). All Qualifying Trade-In Printers must power up and have a printhead.

How to Apply for the Trade-In Rebate

·         After you have purchased a Qualifying Bar Code Printer, register for your rebate by completing a trade-in application at www.zebra.com/gozebra. You must submit with your application a copy of the invoices from the PartnersFirst Reseller to you for Qualifying Printers. The invoice must be dated between January 5, 2019 and December 31, 2019 and show the name of the PartnersFirst Reseller, customer name, purchase date, invoice number, printer serial numbers and total claimed purchase quantity of qualifying Zebra bar code printers. Invoices may be submitted with the application, via fax 847-890-6408, e-mail:zebra@zebratradeinprogram.com, or US mail: 1645 Hick Road Suite J, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008.

·         After the application and corresponding invoices are submitted and approved, you will receive a Trade-In Merchandise Authorization ("TMA") via e-mail. This TMA will contain a unique claim number (the "TMA Number"), which may be used to obtain rebate status. If Zebra has questions related to your claim, you may be contacted by the Zebra Trade-In Program administrator. If you have questions regarding the status of your rebate claim or if substantial time has elapsed since your application submission, please e-mail the Program administrator at zebra@zebratradeinprogram.com .

·         Upon receipt of the TMA, you must ship the Qualifying Trade-In Printers to the address provided on the TMA. You MUST register for the rebate and receive the TMA in advance of shipping any Qualifying Trade-In Printers for rebate. Qualifying Trade-In Printers must be in good working order and must be appropriately packaged for shipment. Important: a copy of the TMA showing the TMA number must be included with the Qualifying Trade-In Printer submitted for rebate.

·         Qualifying Trade-In Printers must be received by Zebra no later than 90 days from the date of your invoice.

Trade-In Rebate Remittance

For a qualifying rebate application, the trade-in rebate check will be made payable and mailed to the customer designated on the trade-in application. Please allow 4-6 weeks after the postmarked date of your trade-in shipment for receipt of the rebate check.
